We're pleased to share that our HK-UK3-175 propeller has successfully completed a bird strike test in accordance with CCAR-35 – Airworthiness Standards for Propellers.

Using a real bird specimen to simulate a high-altitude bird impact scenario, the test was designed to verify the propeller’s structural strength and impact resistance under demanding conditions.

Following the standard bird strike impact, the propeller remained structurally intact, with no structural damage, blade breakage, or blade separation. All relevant performance requirements were met, demonstrating the propeller’s robust structural integrity and impact-resistant design.

This successful test provides important support for the propeller’s airworthiness certification and future production, further strengthening our commitment to the safety, reliability, and quality of aviation propulsion systems.
